Each year we need to have a target so we can plan appropriately to deal with the anticipated challenges ahead of a new school year. If your child is a returning student and you have changed your address, we ask that you fill out the registration form with your current address. If you are planning on relocating once you obtain your new address, kindly send it to the school.
Students should be registered by May 30th. Once your child is registered in June, please be aware that the first month’s tuition and bus payment are due on August 1.
New students will be accepted to Oakview Preparatory School after all of the appropriate information and deposits are received and reviewed by our Admission Committee.

The Annual Registration Fee of $510.00 is charged to each student and is due at the time of Registration. Families who register by the end of the school year and pay the first month's tuition get a $25.00 discount. The registration fee covers :
– Student Insurance,
– Student planner, Admission Package,
– Mandated Standardized Tests
It may also include: Library Materials, Athletic Equipment, and Upgrading Computer Software. This is nonrefundable.

BOOK AND IXL (Included in registration fee)
A book fee is charged annually for basic textbooks and learning materials. This is non-refundable. Textbooks, however, are the property of the school. They are on rental and should be properly handled and returned at the end of the school year or when the child ceases to be an OPS student.
If a book is lost or damaged, it must be replaced by the child’s parent(s) or guardian.

Non-Seventh-Day Adventists $4,650.00
Pre-K (3 ½ – 4 ½ years of age) $4,650.00
*Constituent Members are members of the local Seventh-day Adventist Churches, which financially support the school and are referred to as the Constituent Churches.

Bus One-Way $120.00
Per Day $15.00
All monthly tuition payments are due by the first of each month (see late payment p. 20). The first tuition is due by August 1st. The last tuition must be paid by May 1st
otherwise your child will not be allowed to take final exams.
We will not be accepting any more credit/debit card payments at the school. Payment should be made via our new payment system named “FACTS” Management System. Additional information can be obtained from the school's Treasurer. Payments should be made by the 1st of each month.
